Ministries of First Baptist Church Mission prayer lineKenya: As Tim and Dianne Bannister anticipate their move into new ministry activities in Garissa & the surrounding area, they ask us to pray that they will begin well and that the Holy Spirit will go ahead of them to prepare hearts to receive the message they bring. Pray also for all the logistical aspects that have to be resolved in the next few months - things like housing, furniture, a vehicle, etc.
Bolivia: Rebecca Alward is busy setting up a leadership team, to begin a ministry with teens in both Tarija and Santa Cruz. Pray for Rebecca and those who will become her colleagues. Pray that they will meld strongly together as a team, and that when the going gets though, they will always remember they are working together for the furtherance of God's Kingdom. LOVE

Welcome to First Baptist Church OnlineOur Service is broadcast live on CJTK 103.5 FM Worship services at First Baptist Church are both exciting and Spirit-moving, as we gather together Sundays at 11:00 a.m. to worship the Lord Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through a variety of hymns, choruses, vocal instruments, testimonies and a congregational prayer. This sets an atmosphere of reverence and thanksgiving before God, as we listen and learn how to apply His word to our lives as the Holy Spirit speaks through our Pastor's message. Younger Church-goers are important as well and are looked after as follows: (JK - gr. 3) are invited to Rock solid after participating in the first part of the service and having a special time with Pastor Wilbert. Infants and children up to age 3 are invited to the nursery program for the whole service time to participate in a creative learning environment. We would be delighted to worship God with you!
